Abstract
LYNX builds on a previously completed Feasibility Study for Innovation in Space project KASM (“KA Satcom on the Move”), and ESA IAP project on civil protection and aims to develop a ruggedized and light-weight portable Ka-Band satcom terminal (lacking in the curent market), fitted and operable in a compact suitcase for nomadic use in civilian markets.
