Delivering Versatile Freeze Drying Capability for Critical Molecular Diagnostics Materials

he engineering capability of products for life science has advanced in recent years. Global producers of life science tools, analysers etc. has increased also, putting impetus on manufacturing. Manufacturing automation is now a standard for maximising productivity and yield of production and to minimise cost to improve competitiveness.  As such this project involves the development of a freeze drying process to produce freeze dried Molecular Diagnostics reagents in different pelletised forms with consistent and repeatable size and shape and optimised for automated handling in post-production before reconstitution in assay.
