Lead Participant: FITFACTORY INNOVATIONS LTD

Abstract

DNA ERP Ltd and University of Liverpool Pyschology Department will collaborate on a 6 month industrial research project to address user interface design challenges of many-to-many collaborative supply chain systems. It is critical to the successful commercialisation of current and future software that DNA ERP Ltd adopts a user centric approach to all software design and develops a robust approach to universal user interface design that can be configured to individual user profiles. The University of Liverpool will design a number of experiments to define target user profiles and to be able to match user requirements with intuitive user interface components that support users of all competences and backgrounds. The project will result in a software development framework and methodology that DNA ERP Ltd and other software development companies can use to ensure new systems development teams embrace user requirements at the design phase.
