Lead Participant:
IN-CYCLE LTD
Abstract
The project aims to develop a micro-cellular (foamed) biopolymer based 3D printing filament that will be 30-50% lighter than conventional thermoplastic filament materials. Making it particularly suitable for product applications such as medical prosthetics and personalised footwear products, where lightweight, yet strong and flexible materials are highly desirable.
