Abstract
Micro CHP – Prototype 1-30kWe Engine/Generator systems
This project seeks to demonstrate the technical feasibility of using a novel linear engine/generator in micro
(domestic) CHP systems. The technology used is well proven in space coolers applications and has
demonstrated high efficiency, high reliability and long life with mainetance free operation.
This development has been the result of a concerted effort to generate designs suited to the high volume, low
cost manufacture that is required.
