Abstract
The research is concerned with the application of immersive virtual reality in the context of scenarios to study how people respond under pressure, for example, when facing difficult choices making decisions that could affect the welfare of other people. Although the contents of some of the scenarios studies may relate to airline industry in its broadest sense, the research findings are expected to be generalisable to many other situations.
