Galaxy evolution within the epoch of reionization
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Edinburgh
Department Name: Sch of Physics and Astronomy
Abstract
This project looks to utilise the full power of deep, high-resolution, multi-frequency imaging to help establish a greater understanding of galaxies and their properties, such as star-formation rates, and growth of metals/dust among others, at high redshift (z>6). There will be a special focus on the galaxies that reionized the Universe, with the aim of establishing their contribution to galaxy formation/evolution
