Abstract
This project aims to:
Identify and critically evaluate public values, attitudes and behaviours in relation to personal carbon emissions;
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to work with stakeholders to assess the potential implementation of personal carbon budgets and mechanisms for shaping behaviour change in order to reduce personal carbon generation;
Develop and test models to facilitate the development of 4-dimensional (culturally, economically, environmentally and socially) acceptable personal carbon budgets (4D-PCB) policy interventions
