AAL IntegrAAL

This project will design and deliver an integration platform developed for the care sector, with a focus on adult social care, to enable better connectivity across different health and social care services, involving both formal and informal carers. It will maximise the use of existing telecare and telehealth technologies as well as newer devices. Our objective is to ensure market alignment and obtain evidence, through pilots of adequate scale, that it is possible to create new paradigms of care delivery based on redesigned care pathways involving formal and informal carers, made possible by technology based products.
