Abstract

Delta-T Devcies Ltd designs and manufactures in the UK a range of soil moisture sensors and data logger products. The Cambridge University Engineering Department (CUED) has been developing a state-of-the-art wireless sensor network system. The main aim of this project is to develop 2 radio communication evaluation systems that can connect Delta-T's soil moisture sensors to Delta-T's data logger products for evaluation in open field, polytunnel and greenhouse environments.
