Abstract
Identification and development a software tool that will be used in the sustainability appraisal of masterplanning in the built environment. Its purpose is to reduce as much as possible onerous repetitive administration necessary in the organisation of large-scale stakeholder consultation and in so doing enable more efficient client-end user liaison.
