Teaple - British Iced Tea

A couple of Devonshire chaps and old friends Lewis & Harry have created the idea for Teaple iced tea, a ready to drink alcoholic iced tea. The beverage will be refreshing, tasty and fantastically British.

Being British chaps, we both love tea and in particular an iced tea on a hot day. It turns out, it’s not that easy to find something that wasn’t either packed full of sugar or packed full of niche ‘healthy’ ingredients. In fact, it was impossible. The idea for a simple, super-tasty and refreshing iced tea using our high-quality tea leaves was born. Being beer/cider lovers also, we wanted to take this a step further and create an alcoholic drink that we would both love to drink. It turns out a lot of other people agree!

Both the RTD and Tea markets are growing rapidly at the moment and this growth looks set to continue. We are hitting both of these market trends at the right time with our innovative product and need help to bring this to market.

So we know a lot about tea, but when it comes to brewing alcoholic drinks (especially the way we want to do it – using our real tea leaves)…this is where we need help. We would use our growth voucher to get an expert on board and to help us create a sustainable way of manufacturing our amazing drink and scaling it up. Let’s get the kettle on!
