Description This grant enabled a collaboration between Professors Arwen Pearson and John Cunningham at the University of Leeds, and Professor Eddie Snell at Buffalo. A series of successful meetings were held between the teams, as well as secondments. A significant output was the first measurement internationally of a protein crystal's THz spectra.
Exploitation Route Our findings have opened a route to measurement of the low frequency modes of protein crystals, now being studied by several groups internationally.
