Abstract
Abstracts are not currently available in GtR for all funded research. This is normally because the abstract was not required at the time of proposal submission, but may be because it included sensitive information such as personal details.

Description | From 2009 to 2013 the BBSRC supported a partnership between the Centre for Mathematical Medicine and Biology (CMMB) at the University of Nottingham and the Mathematical Biosciences Institute (MBI, Ohio). This facilitated organisation of workshops, and particularly CMMB staff, postdocs and PhD students attending numerous events at the MBI. |
Exploitation Route | The partnership between the Centre for Mathematical Medicine and Biology (CMMB) at the University of Nottingham (UoN) and the Mathematical Biosciences Institute (MBI, Ohio) continues via joint funding from UoN and the MBI. This will continue to facilitate exchanges, participation in MBI programmes and postdoctoral mentoring in the field of mathematical biology. |

PI Contribution | This grant facilitated a partnership between the Centre for Mathematical Medicine and Biology (CMMB) at the University of Nottingham and the Mathematical Biosciences Institute (MBI) at Ohio State University. The partnership involves exchanges of researchers and organisation of workshops and conferences. |
Collaborator Contribution | The University of Nottingham committed $8500.00 in July 2014 to continue as an Institute Partner of the Mathematical Biosciences Institute (MBI), Ohio. The means that the MBI will provide matching funds for visits to the MBI over the next few years. |
