Differential co-expression in DNA microarray data

Abstracts are not currently available in GtR for all funded research. This is normally because the abstract was not required at the time of proposal submission, but may be because it included sensitive information such as personal details.

The major objective of this proposal is to instigate a new programme of bioinformatics research into differential co-expression analysis at the IAH. We will do this by improving the implementation of differential co-expression analysis in the CoXpress package, and by developing its application to specific areas of investigation in host-pathogen interactions in livestock diseases.
