Abstract

Description Developed tools for predicting the performance of different asphalt using computer simulation. This enables a wide range of mixed to be tested 'virtually' thereby saving considerable amount of experimental testing.
Exploitation Route The tools developed or enhanced have a wide range of applications besides testing asphalt mixes as it applies to any multi-phase materials (foams, composites, soils...)
