Results and Impact CE in his role as chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Variable Structure System organised a session on sliding mode methods for renewable energy as part of the IEEE Control Systems Society's annual 'CSS Day'. This is an annual outreach
activity providing online technical, history and chapter-based sessions delivered over a period of a week. This year it took place between 21 October 2024 and 25 October 2024 on the theme of "Control Enabling a Carbon Neutral World".
