Description This was a Researcher Development Initiative and so its impact on reseearch outcomes was indirect. However we can presume that many of our delegates went on to apply the methods and techniques we were promoting in their own research

Description Training in modern psychometric methods including statistical modelling, latent variable and latent class analysis and longitidinal data analysis has had an impact on research methdodology both in universities and in business.
