Results and Impact Approx 50 - 60 school practitioners attended the Understanding Children's Literacy Conference to hear presentations on the literacy research at Coventry University, of which my talk was one. Practitioners were encouraged to talk with the researchers during the day and to develop contacts with us. These have been successful events with teachers engaging with researchers to improve research-practitioner links.
