| Description | This grant funded two years of intensive research on the economics of childhood obesity. I have undertaken research on both causes and consequences of childhood obesity. Furthermore, I have explored the measurement of peer effects in research on health and health behaviours, and I have examined ways of including genetic information in economics research. |
| Exploitation Route | The research in the field of the economics of obesity continues, by myself as well as by others in the field. Its findings may be used by government and policy makers who are aiming to reduce current levels of childhood obesity. Its findings might also be used by other academic researchers in their work on the economics of obesity and the use of genetic information in economics research. |
