Description | We piloted a series of training events for interdisciplinary researchers which demonstrated demand for further developmental support for interdisciplinary capacity building at all stages in the academic career. |

Results and Impact | The ESRC grant enabled us to develop a series of three interdisciplinary capacity building workshops "Interdisciplinary Masterclasses" which have now led to invitations to deliver similar training for external organisations such as the RELU programme, the Biosciences KTN, the Association for Research Centres in the Social Sciences, the Universities of Glasgow, Southampton and St Andrews and, most recently, Wayne State University in Detroit and the University of Copenhagen. |
