And whether the EU is trying to expand its remit and legislate in areas outside of its competence? Speakers included Adrian Berry, Barrister, Garden Court Chambers. |

Results and Impact | Lecture to 150 military officers from around the world at Shrivenham, intended to inform them about the changing nature of French defence policy. I have kept in touch with some of the participants, and continued discussions about changing French and European security policies. Several further invitations to their home countries to present on these issues have arisen as a result. |
