The GridPP3 Project - Tier-2 support
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Bristol
Department Name: Physics
Abstract
The University of Bristol, in collaboration with other particle physics institutes in the UK, will continue the development of a large distributed computing system in support of the particle physics research programme. We will provide large-scale Tier-2 computing resources to facilitate analysis of data by physicists, and provide expert support to allow those resources to be maintained and used effectively.
