Preparatory work for DUNE ND DAQ

Abstract
This project proposes the development and installation of a data acquisition (DAQ) system for the DUNE near detector at Fermilab, as well as some effort for data event reconstruction development for the near detector. It leverages existing effort on DUNE in the UK to expand the physics outputs and UK leadership in a world-leading experiment.
