Inhomogeneous cosmologies, modified gravity and the cosmological standard model
Lead Research Organisation:
Queen Mary University of London
Department Name: Astronomy Unit
Abstract
"The project studies all aspects of theoretical cosmology in the late
universe, and in particular investigates different, possible
explanations of the late time acceleration of the universe. It will also
study models of the universe, in which the accelerated expansion is an
emergent phenomenon."
