Abstract

This thesis involves using recurrence relations to compute energy eigenstate inner products, transforming differential equations into standard ones, normalising eigenstates and testing the closed-ness of derived algebras.

In the first, I spoke about the Thomism/Category theory I have mentioned previously, in the other I spoke about the foundations of quantum mechanics, and how this could be related to issues in postmodern philosophy. On the basis of the second one I was invited to speak at/ attend the Philosophy Department's postgraduate seminar
