Description A central aspect of my project has involved the study and engagement with the Imperial War Museum (IWM)'s collections of art, film and photography. In consideration of this I have been consulted by IWM curators who are in the process of rethinking approaches to collection management, displays and public engagement with them. I have also been invited to give public talks at the IWM on the subjects of 'Covert War' and its representation in contemporary art and artistic responses to the Irish 'Troubles' both areas which relate directly to my research project. I am involved in conversations with IWM curators regarding the future development of a public facing research institute at the Museum.
