Simulation and development of 3D Diamond detector for dosimetry and particle tracking

Lead Research Organisation: University of Manchester
Department Name: Physics and Astronomy

Abstract

The project aims to develop 3D diamond devices for dosimetry and particle tracking applications. The first stage will be to gather requirements for the use cases, set-up a simulation to design first prototypes, and finally produce and test prototype detectors and compare results with simulation predictions.
