Abstract
This PhD will involve the development of the Pandora software framework for the DUNE experiment and managing Pandora for MicroBooNE. The low energy excess of neutrino oscillations seen at the LSND and MicroBooNE experiments will be investigated at MicroBooNE. The Anode Plane Assembly PCBs for the DUNE Experiment will be tested and readied for use and development of the DUNE analysis will be carried out ready for data taking.
