Abstract

Aim 1: Identifying cell types with genome-wide evidence that they are affected by selective pressures on protein coding sequences at key steps in mammalian evolution Aim 2: Characterise effect of selection on regulatory regions and identify the affected cell types Aim 3: Map histone modifications in populations of cell types from human post-mortem brain tissue and use these to train the model on cell type-specific regulatory factors Aim 4: Identify phenotypes associated with selection pressures on particular cell types
