Abstract

The aims of this project are to explore the mechanisms through which EML4-ALK v3 induces changes in cell morphology and migration, and test whether this is dependent on the NEK9 kinase. In particular, we will examine whether alterations in cell morphology and migration are coordinated by Rho-family of GTPases that provide cross-talk between the microtubule and actin cytoskeletons
