Tri-boson production with ATLAS at the LHC
Lead Research Organisation:

Abstract
The production of three heavy vector bosons is a rare process and has only recently become accessible with the full run-2 data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. This project investigates the production of WWZ, a tri-boson final state that should be discoverable with the full run-2 dataset. The aim is to measure the production cross section in the fully leptonic and semi-leptonic decay channel and to set limit on new physics in the framework of effective field theory.
