Abstract
Analysis of immunotherapy data from multiple sources and scales necessitates the development of novel data analysis methodologies. Here, flexible, accurate and efficient models based on combinatioral optimization principles and machine learning are proposed that can address: 1. data integration, 2. community detection across multiple interaction types and 3. communities of consistently regulated genes. Various strategics will be explored that will include combinatioral optimization, logic programming and machine learning.
