To develop the supporting artificial intelligence required for allowing VNS'S DEXTER telemanipulator to autonomously
respond to haptic feedback from its environment whilst performing complex tasks whilst being controlled at a high level
by a human operator. The goal is to enable human-AI teaming on complex tasks in high latency environments.
