Abstract

Studentship will develop novel mri methods for nephron imaging and establish mri biomarkers for chronic kidney disease at the centre for advanced imaging at the university of Queensland and the sir peter Mansfield imaging centre university of Nottingham

Areas of research include

Development of in vivo methods for clinical renal imaging at 3t mri and development of deep learning approach to identify mri biomarkers for chronic kidney disease

Development and validation of deep learning algorithms for nephron imaging using ex vivo high resolution and in vivo clinical imaging data and histology
