The interventional
stage will be conducted over 12 weeks duration; Participants will be asked to attend a stress-free living program as a mindfulness intervention. A follow-up visits at 6 and 12 months after completing the study will be conducted to assess the long-term effect of MBIs. At each visit, weight and height will be measured, and participants will be asked to answer an obesity-related eating behaviours questionnaire. They will also be provided with food diaries to assess their daily food habits and calorie intake. The aim to achieve new conclusions regarding MBIs interventions in managing obese adolescent during the COVID-19 pandemic.
