Abstract
The focus of Disha's PhD will be on 'Understanding T-cell exhaustion in the context of immunotherapy' and will play a crucial role in designing more effective immunotherapies that potentially would aid in reversing process of exhaustion. In previous literature anti-PD-1 effects are well-described, but the consequence of treatment with immunostimulatory antibodies (CD27, OX40, 4-1BB, CD40) less so. This project will combine publically available datasets and curate a T cell atlas.
