Abstract

The student will use innovative computational methods, including agent-based modelling and the software BioDynaMo, to model neural development. This will aim to improve our understanding how brain tissue organises itself and how principles of neural network development can give rise to function. Umar will collaborate with several project partners
including CERN and other institutions, as well as regularly present and disseminate his research.&
