Abstract
Rolls- Royce have a global lead in the understanding and use of advanced nickel disc alloys. This project run as an ICASE will underpin this fundamental understanding by in-depth characterisation of both microstructure and dwell-fatigue crack growth behaviour in these advanced nickel disc alloys.
