Abstract
The first project initially focused on the synthesis of AP4A analogues with a tethered linker allowing to install fluorescent tags through azide-alkyne click chemistry. The second project focuses on ring opening of anhydro-nucleosides with amine nucleophiles affording arabino nucleoside products.
