Natural Language Output for the IoT
Lead Participant:
SENSEYE LIMITED
Abstract
Senseye is developing a software product to exploit the 'Internet of Things', using advanced predictive analytics to revolutionise the asset management market by creating an 'Internet of Assets'.
The technology behind the IoT is the focus of all current discussions but little thought has been given to the user experience. IoT needs to be accessible to people without technical expertise if it is to take off. The aim of the project is to make information collected from the IoT accessible to smaller operators and less technically-minded businesses not currently served by the market; by researching and demonstrating a method to communicate complex data in a format easily understandable to anyone without technical domain knowledge, using UX paradigms that are already familiar.
