Heterocycle Synthesis in Flow: Diverse Screening Collections via Continuous Flow Processes
Lead Research Organisation:
Imperial College London
Department Name: Chemical Engineering
Abstract
This work will develop a deliable and efficient process for heterocycle synthesis in continuous flow, to generate compounds appropriate as fragments or lead-like compounds for sceening against biological targets. A variety of activated methylene compunds and halo-alcohols with varied substitution and chain length will be combined through the same process.
