Abstract

Description A novel concept for filopodial dynamics. The mathematical model has now been shown to work and publication is being prepared.
Exploitation Route I am member of a new Wellcome Trust PhD scheme of quatitative biology within the framework of which we continue to work on this problem.
The OOP strategy of programming offers new opportunities to biological modelling.
