Description During this month-long research visit, I established a strong collaboration with the Paulsen lab at Macquarie. This is currently being followed through a joint publication we are working on a new technique called comparative transportomics, which we developed as part of scoping the requirements needed for the CATs concept. The publication and use of this technique will help us make a strong case for applying for a grant to develop CATs in the future.
Exploitation Route We will use the data to build a grant application and publication.
Sectors Chemicals,Manufacturing, including Industrial Biotechology

Description In addition to working towards a new collaboration and joint publications, data collected during this research visit has been used in teaching material for three CBMNet events, including two teaching events, "Introduction to Industrial Biotechnology", which has national and international participants and also industry and academic participants.
