Dynamics and evolution of natural satellites concerning formational irregularities

Lead Research Organisation: Queen Mary University of London
Department Name: Astronomy Unit

Abstract

The project will be looking at satellite/s dynamics and evolution of natural satellites whose evolutionary histories are still unknown and which exhibit interesting traits concerning, but not limited to irregular orbital dynamics and geophysical properties. The project will include comparing and testing various models, writing computational code to simulate such systems, current exploring previous literature on problems and building on them.
