Abstract
PhD project strategic theme: Biosciences for an integrated understanding of health
We have recently identified an important role for pUL55 for the replication of herpes simplex virus 1. This project will use a range of techniques to investigate the structure and function of the poorly studied UL55 protein and how it impacts cellular function and immune responses to virus infection.
