Abstract

The identification of novel biological markers (biomarkers) for Alzheimers Disease (AD) will allow earlier and more successful treatment. This project will integrate genome-wide genetic, epigenetic and gene expression measures in blood from AD patients with detailed clinical, epidemiological and neuroimaging data with the aim to identify unique biomarkers for AD

Title Blood DNA methylation data from the AddNeuroMed cohort 
Description A subset of whole blood samples from the AddNeuroMed cohort were used to generate genome-wide DNA methylation data using Illumina HumanMethylation 450K arrays. Participants in this study include controls, Alzheimer's disease patients, and individuals with mild cognitive impairment.
