Abstract
The project aims at increasing the capabilities of an experimental setup for the quantum simulation of a quasicrystalline lattice with ultracold atoms.. We will explore the quasicrystal phase diagram (from Mott insulation to superfluidity), attempt the observation of Many-Body Localization, and study its quantum transport properties.
