Results and Impact | A presentation given to a group of practitioners, policy makers, and postgraduate students with ties to Skills Development Scotland (SDS) in SDS networking event. In the presentation I outlined research findings from my master's thesis, which in many ways was a 'proof of concept' for the awarded project. I also outlined the aims of the awarded project. After the presentation I invited any comments of feedback regarding the findings of the master's thesis findings and especially the PhD research project. I received feedback regarding areas of interest for practitioners as well as offers of support for the project's data collection for when it is relevant. This is an ongoing arrangement for information exchange with SDS, and I will be taking part in similar events annually to inform SDS and relevant stakeholders of my research activity and to foster an ongoing relationship with SDS and potential interested audiences for the research results. The option chosen below reflects the ongoing commitment for future presentations and relationship building, as well as connections being made to collect research data in collaboration with SDS. |
