Construct 1 "Heavy" - Making the World's Fastest Industrial Grade 3D Printer
Lead Participant:
SERAPH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
Abstract
Construct 1 "Heavy" is to build upon the UK's fastest 3D printer and supercharge it for industrial use.
Currently, industrial grade machines are extremely slow, and are plagued with quality issues and print artefacts, all for the sake of machine uptime and consistency. The 3D printers are found to be unnecessarily complex and often impossible to self-repair.
CONSTRUCT3D(tm) printers have already earned a winning reputation of being the UK's fastest 3D printers aimed at the consumer market, and due to our printers' quality and performance, this has enticed light industry to also invest in the brand, much to their success.
Now it is time to focus on an industrial version; the Construct 1 'Heavy'. This printer will offer hyper-speed, accuracy to micron level, reliability with high performance. It will be the world's fastest industrial 3D printer that can be relied upon to make accurate parts with significant time savings.
